Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Skylino will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly. Contact our support team to request an exchange.

Order Cancellations
